As thin clients go the Igel H830C is on the large size as it incorporates space for a half-length low profile PCIe expansion card to be fitted. It was launched in January 2015.

The UD5 H830C runs either Igel Linux(LX), Microsoft Windows 7 (W7 or W7+)
The IGEL H830C uses an external 12V supply with a conventional 5.5mm/2.1mm coaxial type connector. The supplied PSU was rated at 2A but may not be the original.
The H830C is fitted with an Intel Celeron J1800 dual core CPU. From the /proc/cpuinfo data:

Flash: The flash memory is easily replaceable. It is a vertical SATA DOM (top left in the photograph). The installed part, a Transcend TSITHSD512-004G, is 40mm high. Anything higher than this will prevent you refitting the side panel.
RAM: The RAM is a single DDR3L 1333 SO-DIMM. The fitted RAM was a 2GB 1Rx8 DDR3L 1333 part from Transcend (712684-2236). The Intel datasheet on the Celeron J1800 says the maximum RAM supported is 8GB. I tried out a Hynix 8GB part (HMT41GS6BFR8A-PB NO AA) that worked.
mPCIe: There is an mPCIe socket in the corner of the board by the SATA DOM. I tried out an (old) Atheros AR5B91 which was duly recognised. The board will accommodate both full height (50.95mm) and half height (26.8mm) cards.
PCIe: There is a PCIe socket on the board plus right-angled riser so that a PCI expansion card (1x) can fitted within the H830C's case. This is only a x1 socket.
Serial Ports: There are two serial ports.
The vertical SATA DOM. In front of it is the mPCIe socket for a wireless card. At the bottom of the photo is a white 4-pin socket which is a USB port. This is the connection point for the optional card reader.
