I have never owned a CA22. However I do have an Igel 4210LX that uses the same motherboard. For a full description of the hardware, lspci listings and the like I refer you to the Igel 4210LX Winestra entry.
Words and pictures on the CA22 contributed by Michael Straw.
This Neoware CA22, Neoware part number DD-L2-GE, was manufactured in February 2007. This is based on the BCOM WinNET P680 (V4) board which is also used in a number of other thin clients such as the Igel 4210LX.
The basic specs are:

For those to whom it matters here is some detail from Linux's /proc/cpuinfo

This was not included, so I had to improvise. Conveniently the power supply requirements are on the cover +12V DC/4.16A/50W. I just use an old external power supply for the time being and it seems to work well.
Both the Flash memory and the RAM in the CA22 are easily replaceable.
Flash: The flash is a "DiskOnModule" that interfaces via a 44-pin IDE connector.
RAM: The RAM is a 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM. The 512MB SODIMM fitted to my model is a DDR2-533.
PCI: PCI 2.2 connection which is at a right angle to the slot in the back, I think this would take a proprietary connector to function. Have not had a reason to try this yet.

List of IC's I have managed to identify so far:
VIA VT8237R Plus | - | According the datasheet this chip can do it all; audio, SATA, EIDE, V-RAID, USB 2.0, and sound. |
VIA VT6103 | - | 10/100 Ethernet chip |
Winbond W83697HG | - | LPC Interface, Floppy Drive, Parallel port, Serial Port, Infrared port, Flash ROM, Game Port and MIDI port interfaces. No idea if any of these are connected to anything. |
VIA VT1632A | - | This is the DVI Interface converter. |
VIA VT1612A | - | Audio Chip... which is odd being that the VT8237R+ is supposed to be audio as well. Who knows which one is actually connected. |
I have added rubber "sticky" feet to the bottom due to the stands being destroyed in shipping. They have come in very handy.
