The 2110 looks very similar to the 2100 and initially I thought the 2100 was little more than 2110 without the DVI connector. The differences are more significant as the they run off different power supplies (12V and 5V) and the RAM is to different standards (DDR2 and DDR). The label on the 2110's case carries the marking IGEL 1/2 whilst that on a 2100 has IGEL 1/1.
According to a list on Igel's Website the 2110 LX Smart ceased being manufactured at the end of 2009 and support will cease at the end of January 2012.

The 2110 LX runs Linux. As well as a VGA port it also has a DVI connector. The data sheet says that it is dual monitor capable.
For those to whom it matters here is some detail from Linux's /proc/cpuinfo

The IGEL 2110 uses an external 12V supply with a conventional coaxial type connector.
Both the Flash memory and the RAM in the 2110 are easily replaceable.
The flash memory is a Compact Flash card plugged into a socket adjacent to a 44-pin IDE connector.
There is a single 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM socket for the RAM. The 256MB DIMM supplied with the unit is labelled: 256MB DDR2 PC533 505050-4104 and is manufactured by Transcend. I've installed a 512Mb module from Adata (DDR2 667) which works perfectly. I've also had reports that it works perfectly with a 2GB Compact Flash Card and a 1GB RAM module.
