I believe the VXL Itona IQB series was launched in mid 2015. It is based on a mini-ITX motherboard. In my searches I didn't really find much in the way of useful publicity material. I did find ~10 different models that were visually identical to my example. On the pull-out tab mine is identified as 'IQByy Series' and specifically as an IQB27-F9R7. It is based on a BAT-I2 motherboard fitted with an Intel Baytrail-D Celeron J1900 quad-core CPU.
The others I came across were fitted with:

The unit came with a 19V 3.42 power supply. The power connector is a standard 5.5mm/2.5mm coaxial connector.
The CPU fitted to the unit is an Intel Baytrail-D Celeron J1900 Quad Core 2.0GHz SoC with Turbo Boost up to 2.41GHz.

Flash: The board carries two SATA data sockets and one SATA power socket. There is a small metal bracket fitted to the chassis that carries a SATA power + data socket that is connected to the onboard power and data sockets. The 8GB SATA module is plugged into this socket. The Apacer SATA module is 32mm long with a mounting hole in the middle of the long edge. Fitting a replacement of different dimensions may well require a re-engineering of this bracket.
RAM: There is a single on-board socket to take a DDR3 SODIMM. The datasheet says "Supports DDR3 1333 MHz SDRAM. "
The motherboard carries a strip-line connector for a second serial port. Also just about visible in the top left of the photo is a strip-line connector for a parallel port.
The motherboard label identifying it as a BAT-I2/J1900 manufactured by ECS. You can also see the CMOS clear jumper at the top right of the photo.
