The M250C is one of the several hardware models that have underpinned Igel's UD2 series of thin clients. I believe it was launched in May 2019. Last sales were in December 2022 and support ends in December 2025. It came in various configurations.

My example, pictured above, came without a foot. It was fitted with the Atom CPU, 2GB of RAM and 8GB of eMMC.

My example was running Igel's OS11 firmware: 11.06.100.01 released in 2021. The information page identified it as a UD2-LX 51 model. The graphics chip was given as Intel HD Graphics 5300.
For those to whom it matters here is some detail from Linux's /proc/cpuinfo

The IGEL D200 uses an external 12V supply with a conventional coaxial connector: 5.5mm x 2.5mm.
Disassembly is straight forward. Remove the two screws on the back panel and then the side panel slides back a short way and can be removed.
The motherboard is shown right. Click on the photo for a larger image.
Only the RAM in the M250C is easily replaceable.
Flash:The flash memory is either 4GB or 8GB of eMMC flash soldered to the board.
RAM:There is a single 204-pin DDR3 SODIMM socket for the RAM. The 4GB Nanya SODIMM supplied with the unit is labelled: 4GB 1Rx8 PC3L-12800S-11-12-B4.1600 and NT4GC64C88B1NS-DI The M250C data sheet says: "DDR3L-1333 SO-DIMM x 1 (up to 4GB)" (NB 4GB is the maximum that Igel fits.)
The board is tracked for an mSATA socket but one is not fitted. I would imagine that they may well have left off other components associated with this.
