CLI is Computer Lab International, a company based in Colombus Ohio according to their website or Southern California according to facebook and linkedin, who manufacture a range of thin clients. According to their website they have been at it for nearly 30 years (so founded late 90's?) and sell through a worldwide value added reseller (VAR) partner network.
Based on what I've seen (or not seen!) on ebay.co.uk they do not have much of a presence in the UK market.
I also note that the latest entry on the 'News' section of their website is dated October 2021 and looks as though the site hasn't been updated since then. Their domain name was last renewed in 2021 and is due to expire in 2025. It looks like one of those businesses that ceased trading some time ago but continues to live on in cyberspace. But, as much as I understand it, the State of California has the Company marked as "active".
