As you'd expect with this particular architecture almost any Linux distribution should (will?) load and run. My preliminary tests were done using a hard drive connected via a USB-to-IDE interface. You need to patient tho' as the USB interface is only 1.1 (12MB/s) and so the system is quite slow at booting up! The hard drive was running Tiny core 3.0.
A couple of pre-prepared pen drives I tried would not boot.
However I have since booted a specially formatted pen drive with Tiny Core 4.6.2 on it using the boot USB-ZIP option. A description of how to set up the pen drive can be found here.
